Yes.  The value of your offering depends on a number of factors.  Can the buyer use it to his advantage?  How much have you invested in your website in programming, man-hours and advertising?  How much is your website making in profit per year?  How much does it cost to run your website?  How short is your domain name?  Do you have the rights to all of the content and images contained in your website?

Overpricing your website will not result in a sale.  Most people list domain names and sites for thousands of dollars over value and have no chance of sale.  The inverse is also true.  We recommend being realistic with your price.  If you are not realistic, your offering will not sell.

It is often hard to determine a fair price, and we are asked extremely frequently for help determining pricing.  Due to the high volume of these requests we offer our most popular service, low-cost price evaluations for both domain names and established websites and businesses.

Transferring a domain name between parties is either extremely easy or extremely tricky depending on your experience level. It involves the deletion of one domain name record and the creation of another.  During this process both parties can potentially loose the rights to a domain name!  Time2sell is owned by the ISP webcs.com and we are experts in this process.  If you would like us to OPTIONALLY help with the coordination of your transfer please contact us.  When you are dealing with a valuable property, the last thing you want is to loose the rights to a domain name by mistake and loose everything!

Of course using us as a middle man is optional. If you are confident in your registry an skills it may be done by yourself.

ESCROW SERVICES: For a processing fee of $100, we will act as a ecrow service, and will hold the domain name and coordinate its movement while you finalize your sale.  As part of this we will act as an advisor with your domain name registry to help assure that a proper transfer is done.  You can also choose to host the website on our servers if you wish.
