  • You list your site with us on the next pages. If you don't know how much your site is worth try our evaluation service first.
  • If your site does not sell within six months you will receive your listing fee back (minus $4 for payment processing). So there is no risk on your part.
  • Refund rules: To receive your listing fee back, you must allow your listing to run for a duration of no less than six months. You must inform us in writing of your desire for a refund within 30 days after this six month run.

  • Time2Sell, its parent company WEBster Computing Services, and all employees of these companies are not legally responsible in any way for your listing, or its accuracy. You agree to be fully responsible for your listing accuracy and validity.
  • Time2Sell often advertises itself and its listings on and off of the net (for example in magazines and newspapers).  This is done to give listings more exposure and a greater chance of sale.  You agree to authorize Time2Sell to use or partially use your listing, domain name and company name in such advertisements.
  • You confirm that you have the right to sell your website content and/or domain name.  If you discover that this is not valid in the future you will immediately contact this website for account deletion.
  • You agree that the legal aspects of your sale are up to you and your buyer to work out.
  • You agree to inform Time2Sell if and when your site is sold (within 30 days of the sale date).
LISTING PRICING: All listings include unlimited updates during the listing period and full support.  There are no other fees or setup fees of any kind.  We also do not charge commissions on your sale of any kind.
